We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States. All orders are shipped via UPS with tracking information provided. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

What Can Be Returned/Exchanged?

At S. Kelly Designs, we want you to love your purchase. However, if something doesn't quite fit your needs, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

You can return or exchange most non-custom items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Full Refund: We offer full refunds for items returned within 10 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Exchange: After 10 days but within 30 days, you are welcome to exchange unworn and unwashed items for a different size or style.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us immediately at hello@skelly-designs.com.
  2. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
  3. We will then provide you with a return label (a $9.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs). You can also choose to send the item back using your preferred courier service.

Important Notes:

  • All returns must be packaged securely in their original packaging.
  • Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. S. Kelly Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it's in its original condition, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed within 5 business days.
